Blue Warden Consulting Ltd. was incorporated in Alberta in 2023 to support small and medium businesses in their journey to improve cybersecurity practices. We are educators at heart and in practice; with high success achieved in technical adult education as well as in technical implementations and project management.
Early on we realized that the corporate culture, education and governance - what we call the human element - are fundamental to successful fight against cyber crime. The human element is at the core of our every conversation; every interaction and every project we execute.
Our biggest strength revolves around supplying a humanistic approach to fighting against cyber crime, for corporations that typically deal with impersonal, technology-based proposals and solutions.
We dig deeper than that; we believe in improvement through a cultural shift and change of mindset.
Lubos was born and raised in Slovakia with half of his life living in Europe and the other half in Canada. Throughout his career, he worked in different technology-based industries and companies, always revolving around information technologies. Over the past six years, Lubos has enjoyed a successful career as an adult educator of cybersecurity concepts. In 2023, Lubos decided to form a company that represents his love for cybersecurity and education combined into company’s core values.
Similarly to Lubos, Darina was born and raised in Slovakia coming to Canada at about the same time, to finish her university education. Darina has a strong management background leading diverse projects of different sizes. Her love for education and the humanistic element shows up every day in her approach to managing people and other resources.
